I was looking for a inventory software solution and contacted Software Advice. WOW! In an hour I had 6 or so software companies contacting me. Some were too complicated for what I needed, some were too simple,(and the companies were absolutely great about understanding what I was looking for) and two were JUST RIGHT. We will decide on one of them shortly. Steve was a huge help. It was a very good experience!

My honest experience was that the people were prompt, courteous and provided useful and relevant information about the LMS platforms I wanted to review.

MIcah Bartlett at Software Advice was very helpful in providing me with 4 suggested NFP CRM programs. We are a small NFP looking at our first CRM and without his advice and suggestions we would have spent countless hours reviewing too many similar programs. He gave us a range, including very popular and not so well known. Based on some basic information and our criteria all 4 were possible candidates. He also gave us some information on evaluating both the software and the pricing structures. Great job, thanks!

Marc Cote reached out to me on phone call after attempting to get some information on a WFM vendor. Even though he suggested a few vendors we already reviewed he provide some extra documentation to help us make a decision on our final. Very nice support staff.

I was not certain of our actual needs due to limited experience with shipping. I was provided recommendations for some products that were priced higher than would be cost effective for the 5-8 LTL shipments a month our shop requires. Regardless of the fact the existing software cannot meet my current needs, I have learned so much through this process that I consider the experience extremely beneficial. Both Software Advice and the vendors recommended were easy to communicate with and very informative, without being high pressure. I will likely come back to the recommendations when our back end is organized and/or our requirements increase.
