Three of the five vendors were viable and met our LMS needs. We wanted to narrow down the list to three finalists, and two of the finalists were from this list. All five vendors have good products, they just did not all meet our needs.

This site is very helpful. My only reservation is that I was immediately bombarded with both emails and phone calls from the 5 recommended vendors. I was talking to 2 other vendors already, so this was a bit overwhelming. Be prepared!!

I was shopping for CRM software. I thought I was comparing products but had actually stumbled onto Software Advice's website. At first I was surprised that someone contacted me, but the gentleman was very professional and seemed genuinely interested in helping me. I told him I was merely a consultant for another company and wouldn't make the ultimate purchase decision. After a brief phone interview, he gave me five choices, but also gave those five companies my contact information. Once you understand that this is Software Advice's business model, then what follows makes sense. Some of the companies that followed up with me were super aggressive, super expensive, and very off-putting. I feel Software Advice is somewhat responsible for the out of our price range referrals, but again, once you understand how they get paid, if I chose an expensive option, they probably get paid more. But, referring super high end CRM solution companies to us was unnecessary. However, we have narrowed down our choices to two companies that we probably would have never even heard of if it weren't for Software Advice, so kudos for that. Over all, not a bad experience. Just be prepared for an immediate onslaught from the companies they refer to you because you are now a golden, pre-qualified lead.

love them, help me out big time

I stumbled onto Software Advice and was thrilled that I did. They listened to our needs and recommended several companies that were right on target. Demos were set up and we were pleased with every company. We are debating between two of the companies and I would not have found them if not for Software Advice. The only thing though is they just now sent me information on how to prepare for the demos and how to evaluate the pricing. This would have been very useful before we started our evaluation process.

Friendly, helpful service-perhaps a little pushy but I guess it's the american marketing way. Efficient and the procedure of chosen companies also efficient. We are trialling one of the companies although it's not quite what we are looking for but the information received from all companies was informative and useful.

Jon from Software Advice was very in tune with our requirements, and after a good discussion recommended some good products/vendors to investigate. One of the vendors he chose we had already identified through prior experience so that was a confirmation that his insights were spot on. Software Advice offer a very low hassle and friendly service that I recommend to anyone.
