Thank you for your feedback. Software Advice lists thousands of vendors on our site, as our goal is to be a comprehensive service, None of the vendors listed pay for their listing. In addition, anyone who is a valid user of a solution can provide a review of that product on our platform. All user reviews are verified sources through our rigorous QA process, and all of the information gathered either from browsing or through a short phone consultation is free. Users discussing solutions with an Advisor are free to ask about any provider and will at a minimum be given contact information to that provider on request. In addition, we endeavor to be transparent about how we work and what we provide.
