Great experience. I am still reviewing the recommended softwares, my representative was very thorough and prepared me for what was going to happen following our conversation. Like he predicted, I was contacted by a rep from each company either by phone or via email to set up a convenient meeting time. I have had 4 demos so far, pending 1. I am very satisfied with Software Advice service. I will certainly pick my software from my proposed list.

My husband and I have a small electrical business that we needed a professional, low budget software system for. I requested information through softwareadvice.com and was promptly contacted by rep Alicia Godwin. She asked me a short series of questions about our business and business needs, and within 5 minutes matched us with 5 potential software companies. She was even able to schedule a couple vendor phone meetings (from her system) during this initial phone call, and the other vendors contacted me by email or phone almost immediately as well. We ended up getting a same day phone appointment with Housecall Pro, and their system actually exceeded our needs but stayed within our budget - we ended up going with them and love it so far! I began this process with no knowledge of the programs, and no familiarity with the process. I expected only to get a feel for the options and more information to research – instead, softwareadvice.com gave me immediate solutions. I couldn’t be happier.
