Their sales consultants were knowledgeable but BEWARE this company will sell your phone number!!!!! I am always getting spam calls related to property management & it is annoying. They’re not the vendors either, they will be calls threatening you trying to entice information

Nasty webpage that gives the impression to help but at the same time tries to keep you on their webpage and prevent you from continuing to the the products they review without using their forms.

Despite what their website says about reviews and information, their only purpose is to sell your contact information to vendors, making you the target of vendors selling products for which you would not otherwise have been interested. This way monetizes the process better for them, but does not help the potential buyer do any meaningful research. There is not enough benefit provided in exchange for being turned into a lead for five salespeople. In addition, once someone from your organization reaches out to them, they will refuse to provide any information to another party (even if the first contact was just motivated by curiosity and the second contact was a legitimate buyer).

They started off their introduction how they are here to help me decide and choose between companies bla bla and they then said that they will email me a list of 5 companies to choose from and also email the 5 companies my contact information... so i objected and said, email me the list and let me research and choose from the companies and then you can send my contact info to the companies that i chose. she said no. this is not how we do it. and if i cannot accept that she sends out my contact info to the list of companies then they cant help me. bye..
