After reading some of the initial reviews, I was a bit skeptical. That said, Softriver's portfolio ultimately convinced me to give them a chance. I am sure glad that I did. They offered a 48 hour timeline, and they delivered. The most difficult part of the process was choosing between the three designs that they offered. I ultimately ended up selecting a color scheme from one design, and a logo from another. They quickly got the revisions back to me. I used their branding guideline to build a pitch deck for investors. The first piece of feedback that I received was that the style of the deck is that of a longstanding, polished company. I was a little sceptical at first at how much was promised with in such a short window. But as a start up founder, they blew my expectations out of the water. The way they were able to understand my business, and transform it into a full functioning brand identity took so much stress off of my shoulders. It has given me so much clarity, and as allowed us to fully position our marketing professionally. I will definitely be looking to work with softriver again, whether thats for rebranding purposes or other projects. There is nobody better in the industry in terms of quality, price, execution, and timeline. Highly recommend, don't look anywhere else.

Very professional experience. The turnaround time was impressively fast while still delivering high-quality work. They were extremely receptive to feedback and revisions, and Joy did an excellent job translating limited and abstract direction into a polished, thoughtful logo. Branding is such a foundational piece of any business, and it was clear they took that responsibility seriously. The final result felt bespoke rather than generic, which was important to us. To receive this level of customization, responsiveness, and quality in such a short timeframe, especially at this price point, was genuinely impressive. I’m very happy with the finished product.
