I purchased an expensive set of Bergeon screwdrivers from this company. They arrived, but one of the screwdrivers was bent and unusable. I tried contacting Sofly 3 times, but no reply. I finally put in a payment dispute with VISA. BEWARE BEWARE OF SOFLY. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. I will NEVER purchase anything more from them, ever!

Bought a Chopard movt that was listed as new but eventually found out its refurbished because item came faulty on 2 occasion. Ended up wasting shipping cost and seller also refuse to refund amount. Eventually need to submit claim via PayPal. Not recommended

Customer service does not exist. I bought some parts and they were the incorrect items. Tried contacting them by email (per their instructions), it’s been over 2 months and multiple attempts….. no response. AVOID!!! Unless you really have no choice

Non esiste comunicazione , fatto un ordine non si ha conferma né contatti alcuno . Sconsigliato

No possibility to contact customer support. Not email no phone number... nothing. The form doesn't work and continues to say email not valid even if valid, and SEND button doesn't work. Paid and never got the item. If you buy here you lose your money.
