Soda tide opens the review box with "What did we do now?" hmmm well, the minute you push a button to find out more, unknown to you, you have already purchased it. You call and get Victoria )AI) who will offer a reduced price and NO! you can't cancel because "it has already been shipped". If you check, you will see you have already been charged at a higher price. No, they will refund less than half of what they charged you. Save your money, "IF" I manage to get my money back, which I doubt, I will follow up. YES, I WANT THE BALANCE REFUNDED TO MY ACCOUNT!

I’m only leaving a terrible review because what ever this company is, or whoever runs their customer service has directed them to MY number. I’m not a customer, I’m not an associate, I have ZERO affiliation to this company. Yet for the past week I’ve been bombarded by phone calls and voicemails from customers demanding refunds and returns. I haven’t had this number for more than 4 months. Please be careful who you guys are buying from and more important make sure YOU are calling the company and not some random person . Thank you.

I ordered 6 bottles of sodatide from their online site which was extremely agressive marketing whise offering special prices for additional bottles or their dermatide product for loose skin. I refused every offer upon offer. About 15 minutes after ordering my 6 bottles I got an text message from my bank saying that my credit card was maxed out. I consulted my accounts only to realise that no less than 2577.33 $ cdn had been debited from my card. I have writen buygoods.me 2 emails so far to ask them to reimburse me for all the abusive charges. Meanwhile, I am being bombarded with emails from BUYGOODS informing me that my orders emphasis on the s, have been shipped or are preparing for shipment. I called my bank wanting to dispute these charges but have to go in person to my branch to identify myself with two forms of identification. Meanwhile my credit card is maxed out. WTF!!! Do not order it is not worth the headache or inconveniencies of trying to get reimbursed. Oh ja! Everytime I open their email of shipment notice their contact info specifically contact email adress changes. Go figure. Much too agressive marketing techniques.

I was charged for 2 orders, when only placing one, I immediately called to cancel and had trouble getting through. Once contacted my credit card company only one of the refunds were given, I am waiting to make sure the second does not post, or I will file a complaint with my credit card company.

Does not work. Actually gained a pound. They do not honor their guarantee. Best you can hope for is a 35% refund.

This is TOTALLY not as advertised via Oprah and Kelly Clarkson, after being subject to a basically an hour of baloney testamonies. Results take months, I guess, unless you are Oprah or Kelly Clarkson, then, I suppose, you get a different product, one that actually "give you results in a week, losing over 10 pounds" B.S. Not for the public! Do NOT waste your money or time in this product, basically, just eat yogurt.

I want my money back, not what I expected....

Look on Google too. The advertisement with Dr. Oz & Oprah Winfrey are AI created & produced. FRAUD, Ask your credit card company, they have alot to say about "BUYGOODS", and it is not good. Please check your credit card statements, tell your friends, check with the elderly.
