This company will not return your money and falsely advertises that their clothes are made in the USA. Returns are made to Dubai and make it almost impossible to get your money back.

Do not buy from this company. They claim to be in the USA but they are NOT in the USA, they are in Dubai. Their return/refund policy is a scam. Please see the emails I was sent from them when I asked to return and get a refund. I ordered 2 zip up sweaters and they fit poorly. I paid $94.98 and they use a company name "arhdcompuly" for bank purposes. They items arrived in a few weeks and were very dumpy, oddly made, and not the same colors as online. I contacted the customer service department and we went through a series of emails back and forth. The replies are direct cut and paste from the company. I asked for a return label They replied: Dear customer: Would you like to exchange for other size? I said: No thank you. I’d like a return and refund. They said: Dear customer: We are really sorry that you are not satisfied with the item(s). We can refund you $12 as compensation, you can keep the item(s),is that ok? I said: No thank you. The clothes don't fit and are the wrong color. They said: Dear customer: How about $28? You can keep the item(s). Can you accept? They said: Dear customer: US$45 is the highest compensation we can give. Could you accept it? If you accept, I will refund immediately. If you don't accept it, our return address is in Dubai, and it is not worth returning. They said: Dear customer: The best we can compensate is $50, You can keep the item(s) for your own use. Our only return receiving warehouse is in Dubai. The shipping cost is expensive. If you insist on returning, you must pay the freight by yourself. No 47, 107 Sheikh Zayed Rd - Dubai - UAE +852 81990571 So, there is the actual address where the items are coming from. I found them on a Facebook ad that had a name page Socuy. That Facebook page no longer exists. On their website this is stated: "All our products are manufactured in South Carolina and California, USA🇺🇸, ensuring speedy shipment from within the United States. This not only bolsters the US economy by creating jobs but also ensures swift delivery for our customers across the U.S. and around the world." The shipping label comes from SF Express in Hawthorne, CA. The Better Business Bureau is not able to help because they are not actually a company in the USA or Canada. My next step is going to be with my bank to try to get a refund that way.

I tried to exchange for a larger size and can’t get a response. They offered me $25 on a $98 order. This says it’s a USA company, I doubt it. Fabric is very cheap and sizes run very small. Don’t buy from them!!!!

I received the wrong size and when I contacted the customer service rep they were very quick to respond and made it extremely easy to exchange the outfit. I'm very happy with the service.

Took a long time to ship, but I'm happy with the clothes.

Just love the outfits and the way they feel, shipping is a little slow but was worth the wait.
