Admittedly, I was nervous about ordering from a shop on Facebook. I conveyed to them that I needed communication to put my mind at ease. They delivered! My shipment was delayed but they stayed in contact. The clothes are very pretty, not cheap-overseas quality I'm afraid of getting. I have a couple returns, we'll see how that goes. Would order from them again for sure.

I have two items to return. Both do not fit and one is horrible quality and not like it's pictured. They offered me $15 for an order over $80. This is unacceptable. This company should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

I ordered over a month ago and I'm still waiting. I emailed the service dept and Socuy says the package has been delivered. USPS says it's "still in transit." It's been "in transit" for six days. I ordered from this company specifically because it said it was US-based and everything ships from NC. I live in Georgia. I understand that an item was back-ordered and the package didn't ship for two weeks, but it should have been here at least a week ago. UPDATE: I checked my mailbox one more time today, and the clothes finally came. Unfortunately, they're all too small and one of the items wasn't even the size I ordered (they sent a small instead of a medium). I've been back and forth with Socuy. They said I'd have to pay to return and re-ship the items, and they expect me to ship them to Dubai! DUBAI?? The website says they're US-based and everything ships from NC. Now I know why it took so long to get here. They offered me $50 to keep the clothes. I paid about 140 for the clothes and they're offering me 50 for clothes that do me no good. I told them that was unacceptable and that I'd be disputing it through my credit card. They then offered me 70. Ultimately, I just took the 70 because I don't have time to go through the rigamarole. I'm sure they count on that. I'm out $70. DON"T use this website. They misrepresent themselves. They are not an American company. They're in DUBAI. What a scam.

Shopping was good. Didn’t receive much notification on shipment details for quite some time and had to email to make that happen. One shirt purchased ran a little small

There wasn’t any receipt or way to contact for returning an item.

It took a while to receive but I was happy with the three tops that I ordered. All three fit!

Buyer beware!!! Stay away. My wife ordered several pieces from socuy (approx $300). Package arrived and we unpleasantly surprised. The quality of the material was horrible. The sizing was completely off. All of the items needed to be returned. This is where the adventure began. We contacted socuy customer service via email to initiate a return. We received a return email from socuy customer service that they would only reimburse $44 and that we could donate the items (????!). My return email was that their offer was totally unacceptable and I wanted a full refund. We received another email that they would reimburse $69 and that their warehouse was in Dubai. What that means to me I have no idea. I again rejected their offer and wanted a full refund. I received a third email that their final offer was $84. I replied that it was unacceptable and I would be filing a complaint with my credit card. Don’t do business with this company.

I love the shirt but did not like the fact that they advertised as a USA company when they are NOT!
