Really wanted to love this company but this will be my one and only purchase I had an issue with one of the pads and it was extremely off centered ultimately affecting the functionality and how it ultimately would lay inside of your underwear witch is important in order to keep everything contained during your cycle I ultimately did not get a response back from customer service, which is really disheartening so I’ll take my money somewhere else !

Hi Sandrea, thank you for your honest review. Just like we reply to every review, we will also read and reply to this review. We actually did reply to your email and your review on our website. Offering our feedback plus the reason why your pad was slightly bent. Like we said before, the zorb width inside a pad can cause it to bend if its slightly too wide. Which is common within many of our pads. Its the way they are handmade. Many customers receive a pad like that where it looks bent. Its only been 2 days since we offered you to let us know if you notice it will not lay right before you left 2 one star review back to back. We have a policy of 1 business week to get back to customers as we are very busy. You didn't allow enough time based on our policy time for us to further assist you before you decided to leave these reviews. Your review is invalid. We have screenshots of our responses to you with time stamps if you need to see them again.
