Scam... very poor results... I paid $59... and visited profiles, links... I couldn't really see the keyword I searched... For example i searched for "funny memes", and it showed me a channel of chiropractor... Emails has typo issues eg: - ****@yahoo.com.br.Juliana - ****@gmail.com.Watch so according to their system these emails are "valid"... Socleads marketing theirselfs as "Email scrapper", and yet they don't even know how to validate/normalise email fields... CSV fields are pure chaos, how i can even import this CSV? - different column names - sometimes columns are missing Emails coming as "Unknown" and "Invalid" status.. I literally paid extra 0.5 tokens for emails to be validated... Why you are providing me results with emails that are not valid... ARE you not an "Email Scrapper" as you claim in your landing page? That's scam imo, you should give every customer extra 1000 tokens, so they can recover the damage you caused by your vibe-coded silly system...

I had a very bad experience with socleads.com and would strongly advise others to be careful. I paid around $1700 expecting high-quality, targeted leads as advertised. However, the results were extremely poor. Most of the data was irrelevant, outdated, or completely unusable for my needs. It did not match what was promised on their website. I reached out to their support team multiple times via email, but I never received a single response. There was no support, no explanation, and no attempt to resolve the issue. This lack of communication, combined with poor service quality, is extremely concerning. In my opinion, the service is misleading and not worth the cost. Be very careful before spending money here, as you may not get what you expect and there is a high risk of losing your money. I have now initiated a dispute with my bank due to non-response and failure to provide the promised service. Overall, a very disappointing and costly experience.

Good tool for leads from Facebook I purchased Socleads but was confused about how it would work. It's very tough to get leads manually from Facebook. I have started to search for leads by keywords, and I got a good amount of leads without using my Facebook account. I am really very happy. On the leads, I did not get leads name, but its ok for me. I strongly recommend this tool for those who wants to keep facebook account safe and get good amount leads, it is a great SOLUTION FOR THEM. They are providing leads from many social channels. They are upgrading features day by day. I hope this tool will be a leading tool soon.

I purchased Socleads and am very disappointed with the quality of results, but moreover terrible customer support. 1) location filter doesn't work for social media, if you select US - 70% of the list can easily be outside US 2) quality of the search differs from case to case sometimes up to 80% of the searches being completely irrelevant. I raised this problem to the support team but they refused to fix the problem or even reimburse the credits. 3) no option to search for keyword in bio, which worsense the quality of results 4) if you search the same keyword, 100% of the previous search result is included each time in the new result.

SocLeads is better than our previous scraper because it covers more platforms (Linkedin, Google Maps, Social Media, YouTube) and it has email verification built-in. We primarily use SocLeads on Google Maps and Facebook, and it has been extremely useful specially on scraping emails on Facebook Groups! Highly-recommended for lead generation! 🚀
