Customer service is non-existent
Was looking forward to receiving the socks, but they never arrived, my emails to their customer service have been completely ignored, and I’ve not received any kind of refund, so I’m pretty unhappy. EDIT: Emails were sent 4th of July, 14th July, 6th of September to your main email address included on your invoices and website. I sent all emails to that email address, I don’t know why they wouldn’t have come through - my order number is #120035.

I don't see any emails from you. Where did you send those? We will try to find your account and email you, but our customer service email generally is [email protected]. But everything sent to sockpanda.com is received. There is now correspondence from you. Nothing to our emails or our embedded contact forms.
