I have been using Socket Labs for transactional email about a year now and email delivery has significantly improved. Only hotmail still seems to be a problem, but that may be due to my DMARC settings. And the best news: it is completely free, while still having a fully functional dashboard :-) Socketlabs is maybe not as popular as other transactional mail providers, but I am very pleased with them. The only reason that I don't give it 5 stars is that email batches of more than 100 emails are being delayed up to a couple of hours.

We have a business that depends on high volume, rock solid deliverability to our customers along with the ability to track and dive into individual email sends, opens, and clicks to handle escalated support tickets. SocketLabs is clearly driven by customer success and has become a trusted partner of SignUp.com. Previously I felt that I had to really be on top of every technical issue to ensure deliverability, keeping metrics on destination domains, working on whitelisting, and keeping a continuous eye on the monitors. Now that we are fully transitioned I have the confidence to trust SocketLabs with all things email and focus on our side of the business, trying to make our customers delighted!
