Hello there, we are a small (tiny!) company who wants to do right by our customers in every way that we can. For years we have offered a low flat-rate fee to our international customers, and have done our best to make our socks as affordable as possible. However, "flat-rate" shipping is not a flat-rate for us, and as a small business it has become an increasingly large burden for us to bear. With rising international shipping costs and ongoing difficulties with tracking international orders, we've really had to examine how we can continue to ship internationally. One of the ways that we have been forced to change is to begin charging the actual shipping cost for international orders. We do apologize for these increased rates and hope to provide a more cost-effective option in the future. As a way to offset the new shipping cost for our international customers, we currently have a $5 USD discount offer that pops up during checkout once you enter your country. During checkout you can apply that discount code to your order, which hopefully lessens the pains of shipping! Hi John, I am sorry that this was your experience on our website! My name is Jordan (he/him), I am one of the male models/employees of Sock Dreams. Here we do not see sock styles as strictly male or female, and believe socks can be worn by anyone, in whatever style they prefer. Our business truly values inclusivity and does our best to invite every “body” to model our socks. However, it can be hard to tell just from someone’s legs how they identify themselves. The main way we categorize our socks is by shoe size, which we list in the ‘sizing info’ tab on each product page. You can use our search filter to find male options under Style and selecting More Masculine. This will greatly improve your search for more men’s socks on our website! We also have a search filter under Men’s Shoe Size where you can choose your own shoe size and see all available options.
