It's a good product but I had a horrible time with customer service. My order was processed but not mailed and I didn't find out about the error until the day before Christmas. They said they would send it express so I would get it the 26th or 27th but then didn't. It got there the next week after I had already gone home so I wasn't there to see anyone open their present and they didn't figure out whose was whose so it didn't work out the way I wanted it to. Additionally customer service said they'd give me a code for a free online game for my trouble and then gave me the same game that was free with purchase. I didn't think it was unreasonable to question this but at this point they ghosted me.
