I placed an order hours ago and I have not received one follower yet. I ordered 250 followers and they took my money instantly. I have been emailing the company and they stopped contacting me or getting back to me

dear friend you can't place an order on our site automatically. We send a payment request manually. We are sorry, but you did not order from us. Please check the URL you ordered from. We are: socialviral.cc We assume you ordered from the website: social-viral.com As we already said, we have no connection to this site. best regards

Hello friend All our orders are processed. This is probably a misunderstanding. how did you pay? What payment gateway? What is the url you ordered from? We would be happy if you check where you ordered from. Because there is a website with a similar name to ours. A lot of people are wrong about us, and write unfair reviews. best regards 🙏 socialviral.cc

13 days later followers getting removed 🤷‍♂️…
I recently paid for 500 followers twice on the 2nd of February, the followers came very fast and it looked pretty great if I'm honest, But now on the 15th February tik tok have sent me a notification they will be removing the followers "reducing inauthentic followers - we will be removing these accounts over the next few days" and despite messages to the support email I'm not getting anywhere. I would stear well clear of these, YOUR FOLLOWERS WILL BE REMOVED
Response from social viralFeb 16, 2023
dear friend We appreciate your review, but one thing must be clear. our followers are real and there is no reason for Tiktok to remove them. 200% We have thousands of customers and have never had any problems. most of the bad reviews here are from people who just ordered from a site with a similar name to ours. This site harms us every day, and it is very unfair. We believe this is the case with you too. Please contact us by email: [email protected] We will be happy to help you in any case Even give you free followers. best regards

They’re the biggest scammers ever
They’re the biggest scammers ever! DO NOT buy anything from them. They created all types of stories to make you believe they’re the real, but they’re the real 😡🤬 Yet you guys give 6# not 5 stop 🛑 lying If you want me to come back say something else? Do your job. Are you kidding me? I will come back and bring proof. I will show how you charged my card and you sent a weird email saying your orders shipped! I’m glad I only paid for 50000 views & 5000 likes just to try….it doesn’t matter. But don’t seats your butt hear answering everyone try to prove yourself. I will post emails, bank statements wher you charged me to show the world who you are. Like I said it’s a joke

We are sure that this is a misunderstanding as happens to us quite often. update : We don't have and we didn't have such an order of 50,000 views this month. I ask that you enter the address of our website: "socialviral.cc" Check out our packages and prices. We're pretty sure you ordered from: social-viral.com We have no connection to them. In addition, payment on our site is with PayPal, Skrill, or crypto only. We have no reason to lie, the facts are quite clear, just do a simple check. we're here to help anyway 🙂 best regards
