Social Scout Email MarketingReviews of socialscout.us

Mateo and his team have been excellent to work with from day one! Quick to respond to any questions and make any changes requested. My email flows are now gorgeous, and I can’t recommend this team highly enough!

Social scout has done phenomenal, quick work. Their design, attention to detail, communication is top tier. It's exceeded what I thought was possible. Not just on a strategy and streamlining level but also working back and forth with our account manager in making sure they understand our needs and how our Shopify is set up to ensure we work together. Sebastian has been phenomenal. His attention to detail, communicating within seconds (not joking), and adjustments has played a big role in our brand wanting to continue with Social Scout.

Great company with a solid game plan and set-up. Personality and professionalism are top tier, as well as communication. Maybe not made for super large companies, but would be a great option for a smaller company that needs some help getting started with email campaigns. Would definitely recommend! Stephan was our Acc. Executive and he was great to work with, always dropping everything to help us out.

This team was awesome to work with. We are a start up and a small team with little marketing experience to create and execute. They came in and created a killer welcome flow that is already converting. And we have engaged with them to do monthly marketing emails. They don't need hand holding, creative is great, copy writing was great. I am thrilled to have them as a partner taking a lot of marketing off my plate! Highly recommend.

Social Scout has been instrumental in driving improvements in email revenue. Since starting work with them in Q3 2025, we've seen consistent improvement in the performance of our email campaigns and a huge boost in revenue from marketing automations. After working with other agencies that never "got" the Showers Pass brand, it's refreshing to see campaign copy and visuals that require little revision. When we do need to revise content, our account reps are responsive and take the lessons forward.

Working with Social Scout has been fantastic. The team is very professional and proactive. A lot of agencies will do what is needed. Social Scout has gone above and beyond.

Working with Kammy was a positive experience, and the design was also nice.

Sebastian Is Incredible! Never have we worked with a partner as creative, hardworking, knowledgeable and dedicated as Sebastian. He and his team are a huge multiplier to our email marketing efforts. Can't recommend Sebastian or Social Scout enough.
