I loved my experience with Social Scout email marketing. I can't say enough good things. Working with Mateo was seamless. He has wonderful attention to detail. He was very responsive, and the end product was amazing. I can't recommend Social Scout email marketing and Mateo enough. I see myself working with them for many, many months and years to come.

Social Scout has been a fantastic email marketing partner for our e-commerce business. Our account executive, Sahory, is terrific - highly responsive, thoughtful, and, most of all, patient with us as we navigate our rapidly growing business! I come from a very large communications and marketing agency background, and I am super impressed with this team! Highly recommend!

Great work - no edits required from the first proof and a total time saver.

They did a great job! Built out our entire Klaviyo flow, the on-site pop-ups and installed everything quickly. Easy to work with and get exactly what you want in the creative, copy, etc.

Working with Social Scout was a pleasure. The team was professional, flexible, and genuinely easy to work with. The quality of the work was top notch, and we were able to give input throughout the creative process so our brand values and aesthetic came through in the final product. It felt collaborative from start to finish, and we're very happy with the result. Special thanks to Mateo and Wella, who were great partners on this.

Onboarding was easy from the start, and the creative concepts are what really got our attention. The designs look great and, more importantly, feel like a natural fit for our B2B customer. Kammy has been fantastic to work with—responsive, helpful, and easy to collaborate with throughout the process. We’ve been so happy with the experience that we’re already bringing the team in to refresh the email templates and automation flows for one of our DTC brands.
