This company goes ABOVE and BEYOND!!!! One thing about contracting someone as a small business it's very risky. You never know who you will work with or if the will spend the time to understand you and your brand. All I have to say is Social Scout is legit worth every penny. Not only did they take the time to understand us, we had a vision and they matched it! They took the time to educate us and set us up for success after they are done building out our flows. I had a really nice experience working with Mateo on my Klavijo flows. He was extremely helpful. Actually went out of his way (above and beyond) to help me with other issues my business is having. I appreciate his knowledgeable suggestions. The designs created were on point with my business. The work was completed in a timely manner too. Now I just wait to see the results. We are super excited for that here!
