I have been waiting for my purple glass hummingbird feeder since March, 2025. I started corresponding with the company in June. They first told me that the package was delivered to my local P.O. In checking with my P.O., there was no such tracking number. I asked Socialepiphany for a refund. They last told me (in August) I could get a partial refund as they needed to get their shipping fees and loss of product back. I still have not received anything.

The purple hummingbird feeder is junk. It leaks so badly one cannot even get good into it before it leaks everywhere before even being assembled for hanging. Can't get to any legit website to issue complaint &/or get refund. I paid over $29 & they now want to refund me $3. PATHETIC!

Wish I saw these reviews before I made my purchase. I ordered glass hummingbird feeders and they were plastic and couldn’t even hold water. They were no good. And they want to return five dollars to me compared to the $64. I paid them terrible terrible customer service.

Ordered 2 glass(as advertised) hummingbird feeders and received 2 plastic hummingbird feeders. Shipping was well over a month. I should have researched this company better so that’s on me. So buyer beware!

Product is the Hummingbird Feeder it was pictured and presented as "Glass". I received cheap plastic, it leaked like a sift with no retaining grommet. They offered a $7US to settle. No Deal Full Refund is the only resolution. I do not take kindly to being scammed.

I ordered the Glass Hummingbird feeder at 49%off the end of March; sadly, I wish I had seen these reviews beforehand, because I still haven't received it, although their notices say delivered on April 30, left in mailbox. Order #36594S19731, if as described by seller, wouldn't fit in my mailbox, but I never received it - they're telling me I need to contact Post Office, and neither of the two 'tracking numbers' provided are USPS issued! One number stated package originated in Italy, the most recent, when I emailed about non-delivery, showed place of origin as China, and they're blaming Trump's new tariffs as a reason for delay! Never again, and I certainly would not recommend anyone buying from this outfit. SCAM!!!

Socialepiphany is an internet scham. I purchased (2) Order summary ≥ Last Day Sale 49% Off ≥n Glass Hummingbird Feeder - PURPLE Qty: 2 They arrived as cheap plastic bottles instead of glass as advertised. I paid $58.79. When I reached out to the company requesting to return the items for a refund, I did get a response. I was offered $9 USD as a compensation for my dissatisfaction. I purchased 1 for myself and 1 as a gift. There is no way I would ever give this item as a gift. Internet shoppers BEWARE. Do not waste your time and money.
