I'm having a really hard time with the bottle. 9 times out of 10 I can't open it, which has been frustrating.

Thanks for giving us your feedback. Sorry, you seem to be having an issue with your bottle. Run it under some warm water and/or you could also put a rubber band over the cap giving you a better grip to get it open. A useful tip is to push and turn as slow as possible, this might just do the trick. If those work, please do not close the lid tightly. If this does not help at all, please reach back out. This pen is absolutely AMAZING!
This pen is absolutely AMAZING!! It tastes great and works very well! I bought this to help manage my endometriosis pain during the day and with three puffs, about 15 min later, I get some pain relief! I've taken some hardcore painkillers in the past and not received such relief! :D Its also been helping me with my anxiety attacks. Such a fantastic, ease-to-use, discreet product, all for a reasonable price! Thank you for making such an awesome product! I can't wait to try out the other flavors!

Works well, just use it correctly
When you inhale properly, these pens work great. Do not inhale hard like you would a cigarette. You might burn your throat or get heartburn. Inhaling too hard or covering the bottom of the pen can result in a burnt taste because the pens do not have the same temp regulation as reusable vapes. The package came on time and was packed well.
