I noticed no difference
I noticed no difference. My sleep is still sporadic , at this very moment I'm experiencing neck and lower back pain.l really want this to work! I hate opioids!

I THINK IT WORKS!
I had a really incredible night of sleep the 1st day. I think it helps me relax, but that could be the intentional breathing that comes along with using the product. It loses potency sooner than I expected and I would purchase it again.
