I was skeptical, however was really stressed and felt calm 30 minutes later... I had hip and hand pain, after rubbing the oil on those areas the pain dulled/almost gone... I bought two more bottles plus the dog one for my older pup. Even my husband was skeptical... his knee hurt, rubbed some on... 30 minutes later he came to me and said this stuff really works...
