As far as the product goes, it's definitely a five star product, and has helped me with my hip pain more than anything I have tried! I have to drop it a star only for the fact that you can only purchase this with a Master card, which I do not have, and it's not always convenient to ask someone to order for me.

Two bad experiences. The first had to do with what felt like a bait and switch operation to me. The whole time I was on the website I was assured in multiple ways that when I had spun their ‘wheel of fortune’, it had come up as a 15% discount, which would be applied at check-out. I entered the code anyway, just to be sure. But no such discount was applied, and there was no opportunity to take any action. I was only shown the information after the transaction was completed and the order went out. No customer service was available over the weekend; I had made my purchase late on a Friday night. I wrote to their customer service immediately, and received a cheerily slick reply: it’s against their ‘policy’ to give me a ‘retroactive’ discount, but they would happily give me a $25 gift card to use toward my next purchase. I saw red. I basically replied that if they didn’t refund the promised discount, I would dispute the charge with my credit card company, and point out their fraudulent business practices. Needless to say, I got the refund, but it left a really bad taste in my mouth. What was this ‘retroactive discount’? I was only pointing out an error in their system and asking that it be rectified. Giving me a gift card toward a future purchase locks me into making another purchase. That’s not a comparable offer. I was really taken aback and felt like I was dealing with untrustworthy actors who began their first interaction with their customer with a misrepresentation. All I can say is ‘Caveat emptor’. Also, I didn’t find this product useful, but then I have not had a good experience with any all-CBD product, and I’ve tried at least half a dozen different ones, including Charlotte’s Web, in both tinctures and creams. I use Medical Marijuana daily for chronic pain. I have to use a high CBD formulation (1:20 THC:CBD ratio), because I’m easily sedated by even a little THC. It’s never made me high, nor am I looking to get high. The highest dose of THC I can tolerate is 0.5 mg. I was hoping that adding more CBD would either help counteract any little bit of still-lingering sedation, or increase my tolerance of THC, so that I could take more of it. While the ginger lemon flavor feels stimulating at first, I didn’t think it had any lasting effect beyond the initial experience of a very refreshing flavor. The pharmacist at my dispensary confirmed what I had read in the literature, namely that THC has to be present, perhaps to potentiate the CBD, for pain relief. Also, the amounts of CBD used in research is much higher than what OTC products offer. Medical marijuana is incredibly helpful if you find the right strain with the right product, but it is also enormously expensive. I know many people around the country are claiming tremendously beneficial effects from CBD alone products, and I wish them all well, but I have not felt any benefit myself, nor have any of my friends, who have tried it for different conditions. I’m not claiming anything about this company‘s products, only that it was one more CBD product that didn’t help me. And I’ve decided to stop throwing good money after bad, myself.

For future experiences, it does automatically copy to your clipboard so you can paste it in the appropriate box during checkout. Since it is our policy that these codes cannot applied through a refund, we thought a $25 credit would have made a great alternative to your potential $19.50 savings with that code. If you were to place another order with us, a great way to check if that code was applied is to check your subtotal before continuing onto payment details. Select CBD has worked for my aches and pains related to an old spinal injury that has just become more aggravating as I get older. I'm now 65 and it can be quite annoying! I've tried the Select CBD oil and also the patches, both worked well and seem almost magical in how pain just disappears!
