i-Say sent me wrong credit / claimcode 2 euro instead of 10 euro
i-Say sent me wrong credit for Amazon gift card. I exchanged points for Amazon voucher 10 euro, but I only got 2 euro credit! And i-Say has not responded to my messages and complaints by webmail and chat by Twitter and facebook. Update 9 okt I received e-mail with a new voucher for Amazon EUR 10. I added the claimcode to Amazon account and 10 euro has been added! The 2 euro before I may keep. So problem is solved, but after many complaints and mails. FAfter all for this service I change the feedback from 1 star to 3 star
