Toujours en attente de ma commande du 13 aout 2026, un lien pour me dire où elle en est, mais qui ne reconnait pas mon numero de commande, des explications vaseuses, A EVITER, je pense que c'est un site frauduleux, des escrocs !!!

I’ve ordered a number of replica kits from Soccer Ball Officia and, to be fair, some of the more popular team kits have been great for the price. However, the smaller teams and rarer shirts are a completely different story. The quality of some I’ve received has been absolutely shocking. They look like cheap copies, the quality and finish are nowhere near what’s advertised, and quite honestly, you wouldn’t be seen wearing them. The biggest frustration is when you try to get the problem sorted. Customer service appears to be nothing more than automated/robot responses that don’t actually look at your photos, understand your complaint or properly address the issue. You just seem to go around in circles. It’s incredibly disappointing because the prices and range of kits available could make this a fantastic place to buy from. Unfortunately, having a huge selection means nothing if the rarer shirts turn up looking like poor-quality fakes and there’s nobody willing to take responsibility when they do. When they get it right, the kits can be great. When they get it wrong, they get it very wrong — and the lack of genuine customer service makes the whole experience even worse. Based on my latest experience, I certainly wouldn’t recommend ordering any of the rarer or less popular kits. Matthew Taylor England

They keep changing their website names (soccerballofficia.com, nicefootballstore.org, okkits.store, etc.), which is already a huge red flag. These jerseys are 100% counterfeit. The quality is poor, with lots of imperfections, and the barcode doesn't exist when you search for it online. I also received a France jersey that didn't even have the "France" printed on the back, even though they were shown on the website. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from them.

I ordered 3 shirts, which were never delivered, after weeks of trying to negotiate with them and showing proof that the parcel wasn't delivered I was offered 1 free jersey the next time I placed an order. Possibly the worst customer service ever. 4 weeks later I am still without the shirts and I am getting no refund, thier customer service has now removed the history from our chat, looks like no refund for me.

Initially seemed like a bargain. Unfortunately when the parcel arrived from China the tops were way too small (made in Thailand). Contact with the seller is time delayed due to distance. Returns/Refunds not possible but initial service offered an additional top for free if I ordered again. I did do and the parcel took 2 weeks to arrive without the additional top, and no more replies from emails. The larger sizes were still smaller than an XL should be. Obviously designed for the Asian market. In addition only days after I'd used this site my credit card was hacked. Coincidence? I don't know? The old saying of you get what you pay for is very true. The quality of the tops are OK if you are comfortable with polyester and they do look good.

Achtung! Kreditkartenbetrug nach Einkauf. Hatten Trikots bestellt.

I ordered the new Leeds away top from them. By mistake I forgot to put I wanted it with a name on. I emailed them twice but as yet haven’t heard back from them I also wanted to change the size as they were smaller than most suppliers. All I asked for was an email confirmation on the changes I had asked for my order only placed an hour earlier. Unfortunately the contact side of the business leaves a lot to be desired. So I might get the correct size of shirt or not.

Sizing is all wrong I ordered 2 4XL thinking it will be big enough as I normally get 2xl far to small message and ask to return and get a refund said I can’t return it and I can’t get a refund will offer me $6 as good will I’m stuck with 2 England shirts I can’t where they said to me I should have checked size chart 4XL wasn’t ont the size chart and then said I should have reached out 2 customer service before buying as if it is my fault they can’t make the sizes accurate
