This company have now sent me my full refund. It was very frustrating at the time as it took weeks of text with their customer service team to finally get my issue solved. Why it took so long to fix this issue, i don't know as it was a straight forward issue that should have been corrected straight away. My advice to any 1 if you do have a issue with this company would be, communicate with them on a daily basis as they did not rush with my issue. It has taken weeks.
