Hi Frank, we know how frustrating waiting for your package can be, and trust us we feel your frustration with the USPS. However as you may not know, we do not have any control on how fast they deliver your order, as we do our part by making sure your order is shipped same day if placed before 1pm MT on weekdays and 10am MT on Saturdays. Once is has left our facility it truly is out of our hands. We wish that were not the case.
We do see that your order was delivered yesterday and hope that you take the time to update your review of Soap Korner. and not hold the USPS against us.
We appreciate you long time loyalty to us and hope to continue to serve you in the future!

Have not received my order, has apparently been lost somewhere in the postal system, so can't leave a helpful review this time. Past experiences have been great!

I ordered 10/11. It's now 10/19.i have still not received. Normally it only takes a few days. But not this time.

Hi Corey, thank you for your review.
Although this review should be for USPS and not Soap Korner as a company.
To be clear, we honored our guarantee and shipped your order same day, however we do not have any control over the shipping time once the pkg has left our facility.
We ship our orders free priority shipping and once it leaves it is up to the USPS to get it there in a timely manner. However they've had intermittent issues since 2020 and it is why we have disclaimers on our website and newsletters that if you need your order guaranteed in 2-3 days, to please use UPS or USPS express.
If your order is not received within 15 days without any updates, it is considered lost and we will reship your order at no cost to you and file a claim. It does appear your order is very close to your home now, so you should be receiving it soon and thankfully it is not lost.
I do hope that you consider editing your one star review since as Soap Korner did fulfill their obligations to you as guaranteed and hope that you continue to be a loyal customer!
Edited to add- Corey’s package was not updating within 10 days, and due to his frustration we opted to ship him another package EXPRESS, with the condition that if he received the original order he would return it to sender or purchase the additional order at a discounted rate. He did receive the additional package two weeks ago and has not sent back the order or paid for it. He has also ignored our emails, text messages and phone calls. This is why we have the policy to wait 15 days before we will reship an order as we are a small business and we are not reimbursed for extra orders sent to customers. We hope that Corey decides to make it right.

Title says it all. I've tried to contact customer service and no response. They seem as if they are scaming folks and it's Not safe. I'm a veteran and it feels like they stole my money. White maeng da, will KILL me and yet that's what I got. Never ordering from here again. Felt SCAMMED.

Was really displeased when I got my…
Was really displeased when I got my package. Before the order was complete with Darcy, I had made the comment that I would call back to complete the order because I was undecided at the time. That’s when Darcy said she would throw in a free sample which was what made me decide to complete the order. I was told I was getting a free sample and then come to find out there was no free sample. Now I feel misled because had it not been for the free sample I would not have placed the Oder. It would’ve been nice if they check their inventory before they offered a free sample.

Thanks for your review Andrew. I had already placed your order when I told you I would ask for the sample, so I’m not sure your order was contingent on the 15 gram sample.
Samples are never guaranteed and if there weren’t any green ones made up, it would be impossible to provide you with one, as I stated on the phone. I’d be happy to send you an Oz with your next order, to make up for the missing sample.
