Waste of time
The site forces you to spend a set amount of time on each page, regardless of your reading level or prior knowledge. I wasted 3 hours of my life going through this course that could've been avoided if I was allowed to take the quizzes and test without going through the 'Study' sections.

Hi Kaleb, Thanks for your feedback - very much appreciated. We certainly understand your frustration with the timers - believe me you're not the first person to find them overbearing or unnecessary. Unfortunately, this is a requirement we must follow in order to deliver these courses online at this time. While we realize it's far from perfect, feedback like yours will certainly help us in our efforts to make innovative changes in order to make our courses more user friendly - especially for experienced riders. Have a safe riding season and thank you again for your time, and for choosing our course. Cheers, Matt SNOWMOBILEcourse.com

Intentionally wastes your time
Intentionally wastes your time, don't think about bothering if you don't have 4-6 hour to P.I.S.S away. Half paragraph slides with 2 minute timers you have to wait out before you are allowed to progress, an insult to anyone with above a third grade reading level.

dumb and time consuming.
Each section has a minimum time to stay on the page, so if your a good reader, you will be sitting and doing nothing for a significant amount of time before you can move on. I recommend finding another site.

Hello Sam, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy the course, we hope the narrations and animations were helpful to you. The state of Iowa requires the course to have timed pages so unfortunately, there's no way around this requirement. It's why we allow students to log in and out of their course without losing any progress while doing the course at their own pace. Congratulations on completing the Snowmobile Safety Course, you are now certified! If you have any questions, don't be shy as we are always happy to help! Regards, Lauriane

terrible!
redundant, repetitive, too basic for adults, course took hours to go through, chapters and videos were too similar and way too long (not one hour like it says); especially those who have their drivers' licenses. Please update this if you truly want to have individuals be attentive and learn snowmobile safety!

Hi Rebecca, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy the course. While we do our very best to make sure that the content is not too repetitive, it does happen that information gets repeated for emphasis or to highlight concepts throughout the course. We strive to make our course as fun as possible for all ages, by adding animations and narrated content, and we’re very sorry to hear that we didn’t appeal to you. We will be sharing your feedback with our product manager. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected] or 1-866-499-7669.
