Hi Taylor, We understand the timers can be frustrating. We've done our best to make them as suitable as possible for all types of readers while at the same time being aware it can be an annoyance to those who read faster. Otherwise, we hope you enjoyed the course. If there's anything else you'd like to discuss, feel free to reach out anytime! Matt [email protected]

Huge waste of time
Huge waste of time, a large number of the information was unneccesary. The timers make this course take several hours. Also, it claims you can pay once and have a family and friends discount, yet there is not option anywhere when paying to actually use it.

The timer duration is rediculous
The timer duration is rediculous! Wasted about an hour of my time waiting to go to the next segment. If you are ready to move let me move on!

This course is an absolute joke
All just a cash grab! The questions are an absolute joke!

Ouch! We're sorry you feel this way Taylor! To address your comments, we're proud to have a great partner in the Saskatchewan Snowmobile Association, who also receive a share of the course fee in order to re-invest into further snowmobiling opportunities within that great province. As far as the questions go, while they all may not be at an Ivy League level, we do what we can to encourage student success in all of our courses. Rather than develop a more difficult curriculum with tougher or trick-styled questions (where many users might feel left out), we feel strongly that our content and evaluations go over all the necessities and knowledge requirements that are crucial in promoting safety on the trails. Keep in mind our courses are geared towards all age groups as well. Thank you for bearing with us through this and we wish you the best for the rest of the winter season. Feel free to reach out if you'd like to discuss anything further. Cheers, Matt SNOWMOBILEcourse.com [email protected]

Worthless
Does not generate a certificate. All common sense, so it's a waste of time

Hi Justin, We're sorry you feel this way. In New York, we only offer a free study tool course to help prepare for the in-person test. Unfortunately the state does not allow online certifications as of yet but we are pushing for this in the future. If there's anything further you'd wish to discuss, feel free to reach out. Could Have Been Shorter!
There should be an option to where you can skip the audio and just read it your self. Then it wouldn't take about 2 hours of your day.

Hi Joshua, We understand your frustration here. We hear this a lot in fact. We have to follow regulations in order to deliver these courses online and while we hope to be able to make more user-friendly updates in the future, unfortunately for the time being timers on each page are a requirement but we do hope you found your two hours online more effective than a day or two in class. If you'd like to discuss anything further, please feel free to reach out. Matt SNOWMOBILEcourse.com [email protected]

Waste....of....time...
I'm not sure if these quizzes are made for illiterate morons or kindergarteners but the amount of time you have to wait between questions is ridiculous. I skimmed 99% of this test and qualified with 94%. I wasted an entire evening on this garbage. the timer is RIDICULOUS.

Hi Kristopher, We understand your frustration. While we are aware the system isn't perfect, we do have to follow certain guidelines to ensure we are approved to deliver an online option for training. While there are definitely some pain points, like you mentioned - overall we feel having the option to complete snowmobile certification online at your pace and on your time as opposed to in a classroom will only help to get more riders out on the trails. Thank you for taking our course. If there's anything further you wish to discuss about the course or the process, feel free to reach out! Cheers, Matt SNOWMOBILEcourse.com
