I have one email address and two children. I emailed a week and a half ago on how I can get both of my kids registered u set o e email address. No response. Our community Ed program has stated the $24.95 is a group/family rate. No where on earth can I find where I can get my second child to get a certificate on completion. Pretty hokey with your online system and customer service.

It was bad because it took a hour and a half then told me I have to sign up for a in person online class. Not recommend to take this test.

why does this course say adult course when you finish reading what itasays and it won't let you go to the next page they think that you are in 2nd grade and can't read very annoying

I feel I am a safe person. Snowmobiles have become so fast and dangerous that this program in extremely necessary. Thank you for your dedicated work to make us all safer. However, I would like to rent a snowmobile, for two hours, at a resort in Minnesota in a few weeks. It took me a little over 4 hours to finish the test in order to rent a snowmobile for 2 hours. I would hate to own a snowmobile rental company and see my customer numbers drop because they don't want (or can't) take the test. Maybe have two tests. one for snowmobile owners, and one for renters? Or ...encourage manufacturers to build a snowmobile that does not require this test. Slower than the others? Just a thought?

The curses very stupid in the way that from chapter 5 and above it repeats exactly same thing from chapter 1-5. Plus there many topics repeat EXACTLY same thing right after you listened/read it. Stop wasting ppls time.

Complete and utter waste of time. Everything is common sense information. The fact that I had to pay money to sit pointless information, is an out rage. If they are going to make people waste their time, this course should be free. I cant believe I had to waste my money on this course just to ride my snowmobile.

The course was a huge waste of time. There needs to be an option to just take the test. Everything that was gone over was common sense. They take your money and then make you sit through slide after slide of pointless common sense information. The least they could do is allow you to skip through the slides.
