The chapters took too long to complete. I was done reading way before the timer would let me move to the next page which was very time consuming and frustrating. The information was good but repetitive. I'm appreciative that this course is offered online and I learned a lot.

We can’t pause it and the time for every chapter

Need to add closed captioning on video so I can read and I’m deaf I can’t hear if video was talking or not ? But I got it 86% if there were have one I might end up 90% :) and thanks so much to have everything with quiz each chapter!!!

. Both my kids took it at 11 years old. What could they possibly know about backing up a trailer? Some wording is over there head and I'm guessing the majority of the testers are 11 and 12. I think the test should lean even more on safety and be toned down for the younger kids. Thanks, Raleigh

I am a fast reader and was frustrated by the wait time between the sections and some of the material covered was common sense but I get not all people have that or some people don't know about any of the parts of a snowmobile per se. Overall good information and I did learn quite a few things from the class, thank you.

Meh... Some flaws

It was a good coarse. I would personally like less reading and more videos. Also I did not like that it repeated its self more than once. Alston on the final exam I saw multiples of the same question. The coarse was good but it was a little to long. Also I selected the 11-15 coarse. But then I talked a bout driving a car and having a trailer. I don’t think that should be included. Most of the kids taking the coarse do not have a permit of license. I did not like the animations much, but I did like the real videos.

Overall the online course experience was effective and easy to navigate but there are some pieces that could be cleaned up to provide a better service. -Video voice overs: the start of each video would play with overlapping voices for the first few seconds, luckily this was brief and didn't interfere with content just simply annoying. (This may have been my devices issue but I don't believe so) -Page Timers: I understand the need for page time to ensure people are actually reading the content and watching the videos but essentially all timers were to long. I regularly finished reading everything with time left and timers would even last longer than video durations. -Info Consistency: Their was a couple quiz questions and information that were a little confusing. Some questions would differ a bit from the information that was actually presented in the course (luckily it was primarily common sense so you still knew the correct answer). Also there was some information in the Minnesota state specific section about displaying trail sticker and registration that was a bit confusing and even seemed like it differed slightly from information in the most recent regulations booklet.
