There were several things about this course that could be improved on. When you’re reading the page you are required to wait around for the timer to time out. Often I’d have to wait for a couple of minutes before I could proceed to the next step. I also had an issue with logging back in and I was on hold for over an hour and a half before I gave up and then the next time for over 30 minutes. I easily could have been done with the course in the amount of time I was put on hold. If you aren’t able to pass the course you probably shouldn’t be able to be on your own... it was very easy.

The course was fine. They did duplicate material especially during the animated clips. What I really didn't like about the coarse was that it expires after 90 days! I paid for the coarse so i should be able to take it whenever, if that's 2 weeks after purchase or a year after the purchase. The content may change but make me retake the course, don't charge me extra to renew it. They also didn't tell you in the email that once the course expires you'd have to pay a fee to renew. All the email said was that you'd have to start the coarse over if not completed before the coarse expires. If it had said there was going to be a fee I would've made sure to complete the coarse. I won't be taking another coarse from them again!!!

I think your course covers way too much information. History of snowmobiles? Nice to know but do I need to know it to be certified? Why should I wait 3 minutes to watch that and progress? There is a lot covered in this in training that is "nice to know" but not necessary. When I go to get my driver's license, I'm not required to know how to change a tire, the history of cars, or how to use a compass. These are nice to know topics. You don't need to know them to legally pilot a vehicle. You should redefine your scope and if you think survival info is vital in having a snowmobile license, I would break it into two courses. At the very least, if you make users take this course and you think survival information is vital for a snowmobile course, you should have a pretest option to allow people who are experienced outdoors explorers to skip passed. I gave you $25; don't take 5 hours of my time too.

I learned a few things but the course is poorly written. There are multiple sections that repeat twice in a row with a slightly different robo voice. Sections are timed too long. I am a slow reader and consistently finished early.

Please decrease the time to wait to read each section. Some people can read much faster than others.

A lot of items that were repeated through their nice animation and then through the following standard audio file. The images that went with some of the test questions had nothing to do with the question and could confuse people. (The one I noted was they showed a snowmobile crossing traffic but the question was about the direction you ride in the ditch) There were final test questions that were duplicates. Lastly, a handful of final test questions were a little misleading with multiple answers that were appropriate. Test like these should not be trying to trick people, just be straight up answers. I have been riding for 25 years and I took the course for a discount on my insurance. Would like to see them again grow the animation section and get rid of the simple audio stuff.

Overly long. I the videos were unwatchable due to redundancy.

Overall I enjoyed the course. After completing the course I was sent a link to get a course completion certificate. The link did not work. The link didn't have a course completion certificate as an option.
