The SnoutersReviews of snouters.com

Worst platform ever for boarders. They cheat you and deduct your earnings in the name of onboarding charges on top of 25% deduction of tax and insurance. I have been a boarder with other places like PetBacker and had much better experience that this cheat site.

Pathetic Service I have took a package of 999/-, grooming service is very bad, They said that there is no hairfall after the service but nowadays it's more hairfall after the service, not recommended at all.....

Took a full service which includes anti- tick and body massage as well. The groomer did not know what that it. Really disappointing. Never again I am using their grooming services.

These guys use a hotel booking mechanism concept with check in checkout time. Also their team members have no idea what to talk. Apparently night boarding is different from day boarding as the dogs are different at night according to them. Have cancelled my booking but till now not recieved any amount refund or a email confirmation about cancellation. Have been chasing them but now no one responds . Miss Pooja is the one you should avoid talking too. At the time of taking payment she will be running behind you non stop but when it comes to refund they will not even respond

I paid 1999 for full grooming service for my dog. They did none at good, hair cutting was pathetic, ear cleaning was super bad. Only thing he did OK was bathing. Not recommended

Staff at snouters are really arrogant and unprofessional. Being a boarder I had registered on snouters for my home boarding, and before I could even understand the platform as to how to accept or reject bookings, they started sending me mails that they'll block me if I don't respond to bookings. When I did understand I responded to all. Even after I did they blocked my listing and after sending multiple messages to multiple members of the Snouters team they wouldn't respond. After a long time when they did respond they had a lot of demands like INCREASE YOUR PRICES TO. MORE THAN ₹700 PER NIGHT, or else they don't get much bookings. I tried to tell them that's not how I wanna do, it doesn't make sense and you cannot force people to demand any amount of money. But since then they stopped replying to all my mails and messages, it's been months. I highly don't recommend Snouters they're not here to serve people but to exploit them. There are many better platforms for the same thing with Better Customer Service Executives.

We recently had an extremely bad experience with one of the home boarders listed in the snouters website. We booked snouters home boarding service 2 weeks prior to our travel date. The booking, payment and confirmation was hassle free and our POC was very prompt in helping us with the requirement. The host - Nethra (resides in harlur- bangalore) who accepted our request to board our dog, claimed to be a professional pet sitter. We reached her apartment on the day of the drop and tried calling her several times only for her to pick up half an hour later to tell us she can't board him. She showed absolutely no remorse and not one apology from her side. We only had 2-3 hours to grind a place for my boy before we left for the airport. The snouters team was also not aware of this since she hadn't Informed them either. My POC snouters was really empathic and was quick to give me an alternative option of another home boarder. But given the situation I couldn't trust my boy with another person. They told me she was immediately removed and blacklisted from their website and gave and a full refund. While services like this is a blessing for pet parents it can also be a nightmare. The amount of stress we went through at that time is unexplained. To all the pet parents out there, please double check on the hosts that you book. Try going to their place few days prior to the boarding date to check for the surroundings. Explain/ write down all your pets needs so that his routine is not messed up.

One of the worst service i have ever experienced from ur groomer who is very amateur in experience & my pet is having red rashes everywhere.
