The procedures that I had done at The Snoring Center (pillar procedure and turbinate reduction) have resulted in a dramatic decrease in snoring. The doctor and staff are knowledgable and experienced. However, I experienced a rare occurrence where one of the pillars began self extracting which was painful. If you reside in Houston, instances like these will be frustrating as the staff are based in Dallas and only come to Houston once or twice a month which meant I had to deal with the discomfort for a couple weeks before they could remove it. I'm overall happy since now I don't snore, but would have liked a resident staff in Houston since the procedures came to more than $3,000 out of pocket, I'd like to think patient customer service would be available.
