I was totally unaware that I had joined a subscription service, this was not clear to me at all. I thought I had just ordered two pillowcases, which I paid for at the time. I've since discovered I have been paying £20 a month for the past few months. I am also very disappointed in the pillows they haven't helped at all. It has ended up being a very costly exercise. Do not recommend.

I ordered two pillow cases on sale. Transaction was fine, goods arrived. The next month I saw a transaction for an additional £18, the month after the same again. Snoozy keep you card details and charge you a monthly subscription few hoping you won’t notice. What do you get for that subscription… more ‘discounts’ off more pillows… It’s a scam. I logged into their web site to remove my payment details and they wouldn’t let me. I asked for a refund and they refused, Snoozy suggest discounts to sign you up to a stealthy subscription service and then hope you won’t notice the fees.

Do not order from this company it is a scam. I did not realise when I order the silk pillowcase I was going to get charged the next month another £19. When researching into it they falsely sign you into a snoozy collective membership subscription. Meaning you can get 50% unlimited discount on all products. If you have ordered from them I would go straight onto their website where it says contact us and cancel your subscription.

they don't honor their 150 night trial guarantee, I've been trying to get them to process and approve my return for 3 months now and they are still denying it, constantly asking for photos and videos of the pillowcases, asking multiple times how I cared for them. The website says it is an easy return process but it has been anything BUT easy

bought pillow case for daughter and ended up in a monthly subscription. Buried in the small print. They took extra money and then disappeared when we tried to claim back, no response to e-mails or phone calls

After charging me multiple times unlawfully six months ago and refunding the charges after I confronted the company, they promised to cancel the subsciption I had unknowingly signed up for. Now I've just found out they charged me a further five times (GBP 19 each transaction) after that incident. This ia a fraudulent outfit.

This is a scam. Thought I was buying a pillowcase but you are actually agreeing to a subscription. My pillowcase has ended up costing me £90. AVOID. Snoozy are criminals. Plus the pillowcase is rubbish.

Did get sent a lovely silk pillowcase for £29 with postage in August But since then I’ve been charged twice £19 in September for a so called snoozy collective membership that I never asked to join!!! I have emailed 4 times and not heard back from them so very concerned about the ethics of this company and will contact the bank.
