Bought pillowcases once and later discovered that I've been charged $19 per month ever since for a membership I don't recall signing up for! When I reviewed my receipt the subscription charges were listed under the "Shipping" tab. You have to click on it to see more details where it misleadingly says "free". However, the recurring monthly charge is not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

If I could give less than 1 star I would, this is FRAUD & SCAM. If you make a purchase you will automatically have a membership which will charge you monthly. They do not stand behind the "risk free" offer they advertise - when I requested to make return, they said they are unable to process. They will not refund membership autocharges that you didn't even sign up for. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!

Pillow cases were fine but be aware of the membership scam. They added a membership fee of £20 a month which wasn’t clearly shown on the order. Only noticed after a few months and company refuses to provide a refund. Definitely avoid this company

Complete scam! Do not buy these pillowcases. They fade after 1 wash & if you haven’t read their fine print, they automatically sign you up for a subscription that makes no sense. They charge your CC $19 a month for a discount but who buys pillowcases or linens monthly. Terrible product & shady business practices.

The never ship the pillowcase and you can’t track it. They just repeatedly say sale volume is high and there is a delay. Meanwhile, they enroll you in a subscription for nothing that charges you every couple of weeks $19. Total scam. Avoid at all costs.

The company did a widespread pre-holiday campaign and then it took over a month to receive my purchase. I inquired twice as they were meant to be a gift. They did send out an email saying I could cancel if I wanted due to the extended wait. I replied to cancel the order, never heard anything back and assumed that was it until it. Then, six weeks after purchase, they arrived. Also assumed that was the end of it. NOPE. BEWARE. I paid for these through the SHOP app, and there was NO indication of a "membership" when I did or I would have immediately opted out of that (you pay a $19 "membership fee" each month just to receive 20% off on future purchases. Guaranteed there are always a rush of "membership" cancellations as soon as it happens because I have tried, once again, to do so). I finally received a response from the company, who insisted that I DID sign up for a membership and refused to refund my money. DO NOT BUY HERE. Won't buy here again. Might even file a charge back if it isn't dealt with.

Snoozy Sleeps enrolled me in a subscription for over 3 months unknowingly. I emailed them twice to unsubscribe, never heard back and they still kept charging me. I did not get anything for that unwanted subscription either. SCAM to me.
