SCAM. Ordered two pillowcases and they proceeded to charge me monthly as though I had signed up for a subscription, which I did not. On top of that? They never even sent me pillowcases for the next three charges. Amex will not let me dispute it because it's some sort of subscription. Their phone number doesn't even work.

I got 4 pillowcases. The material is cheap I don’t think is any “like” silk. I ordered 2 different colors. The color on one of them is so different than the one on the picture. It is bright Yellow, nothing like any of the ones they were advertising. I tried to exchange them and they replied saying they were having technical issues and they weren’t able to print returning labels at the moment, after 2 months and many emails I haven’t received any response. This is a scam! don’t buy their products.

spent all day trying to figure out how to even get in contact with someone to cancel my subscription and receive a refund for the $140 in in authorized charges made to me here is the message i sent the support email after not being able to chat w a support member or the online submission form allowing me to submit: Please cancel my subscription and refund me for the 7 $20 charges i never authorized or was aware of, i purchased a pillow case, not a pillow case and a monthly $20 subscription, this is the definition of a scam and of bad and unethical business practices. I would like a full refund for all othe snoozy collective charges made to my account or i will be filling a report for fraud as well as reporting you to the better buisness bureau. I tried to talk with this with support but per the usual tactics of brands like this one, you sneak charges past the costumer and make it impossible to get in contact with human support or cancel subsection with just the push of a button. and now you have mad it impossible to even submit this — my main motivation for posting here is to have Snoozy actually respond to my requests cause it seems they are more active giving support here than through the channels the provide on there sight. I will make another review updating if my problem was solved or if they continue to act fradualantly.

This company is a total scam!!! Do not purchase anything from them. They will charge your credit card randomly without authorization and even without sending you anything. Then they make it next to impossible to get a refund or cancel a subscription you never signed up for. They need to be charged for fraud.

I placed an order that never arrived and they fraudulently charged me. Charged me for the pillowcase then went against their own stated terms and conditions and charged me again for the membership.

Absolutely shocking practices. I ordered a pillowcase set in December with no issues. I returned to order a sheet and pillowcases on January 9th. As of yet I have not received these items and yet I have been and now 14 days later charged an additional $19 without me making a purchase. Nowhere on my account does it say I have signed up to any membership or subscription (or how to cancel) yet some digging through reviews has revealed that upon placing an order I have somehow been added into a membership that withdraws money after 14 days - despite the fact I haven’t even received my first order! This is utterly disgraceful. My shop app is not showing that my first items have even been shipped. I have contacted them demanding a refund and immediate cancellation. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!

HIDDEN BI-WEEKLY SUBSCRIPTION! I saw an ad on Facebook promo ad and placed an order on 1/27 for two pillow cases. Received an order confirmation. 2/10 still no pillow cases have shipped but I get an email that says my order had been placed. Because I haven't received my order I assumed the order was just entered. Now I get my credit card bill and see that I am being charged every two weeks $19.99 and $23.99 on top of the original $13.99 order. Find out on Trust Pilot that my first order initiated subscription of pillow cases! NOT HAPPY!

AI Based - no real person to deal with. if your product does not arrive or is lost.. they do not help at all. There isn't a customer service and they will not respond back. They ship out of a 3rd party warehouse that you cannot contact or get support. Would not recommend giving them your money. Better bet would give to a charity - get more out of it.
