I purchased shoes, I never got a confirmation code, no tracking information, no receipt or anything. Only thing I received was a feed back email

Two months ago I ordered sneakers from them and paid with my credit card. What immediately raised red flags was that they never sent me a tracking number. I contacted customer support, and they replied that the shoes were out of stock and told me to choose something else. I selected other options, but again — complete silence. I wrote to them again, and they said those were also out of stock. When I asked for a refund, they just told me to file a claim in PayPal. If you don’t want to lose your money, do not deal with them!
