I felt scammed
I felt scammed. Offered a large bag of goodies for free but when I went to claim, there was a &9.99 postage and membership fee to pay. I was told I would get a refund for my items and I will cancel my membership

I want the company to bd more careful after the first payment to ask the client If they want to continue with it.

The part I didn't like
The part I didn't like is that after I canceled my membership I had to wait another 14 days until the actual cancellation, and another part I don't like but I don't know if it's because of the bank or your website is that they didn't ask me for any authorization before making a payment.
