Dear Matthew Dithomas, We are sorry for this inconvenience. We checked but we did not find your order with our website: Sneakerdaily.us. Maybe you order with other site. We found a website SNK Daily which cloned our brand with similar domain. Many their customers contacted us for same issue like you. Please contact them directly or contact your bank to open a dispute to get your money back. Please correct your review again if this info is correct. You can contact us via email: [email protected] for more information. Our commitment is to always provide offerings that represent the best value for money. Thank you. Sneakerdaily.us

Sneaker Daily is a scam. Please do not order from this ‘company.’ I originally ordered a pair of shoes from them, which were falsely advertised, only to find out that they were ‘out of stock.’ They emailed me back and insisted that I pick another pair of shoes. So, I unknowingly choose another pair, despite the fact that they knew they didn’t have that particular pair either. So, then they email me again, stating that they are out of stock of that pair too. So, then I insist on a refund. They then email me that I am obligated to a refund. But, then they send me a false confirmation email with a failed tracking number of the supposed original shoes that I initially purchased from their site. It’s been almost a month with no shoes and no refund. I’ve emailed them a number of times regarding my issue, and haven’t heard anything back. And of course the tracking number doesn’t work either. And no word on a refund. Please do not order from these scammers.
