Only 1 item showed up and then their answer was it was scanned! Can’t wait to get a job here and scan and not ship orders and make a million. Pushing their blame on ups which never helps with anything.

Very disappointed with my experience. I contacted them several times regarding order #774702 and have been waiting days for a response. UPS confirms my parcel was delivered to a completely different address that I never provided. Despite this, my messages seem to be ignored and the issue remains unresolved.

horrible customer service, i don't mind that there's no refunds only store credit but if you look up other reviews people have headaches and buyers remorse with sneaker politics, just wish i avoided them. do yourself a favor file a chargeback dispute the payment.

Don’t buy from here sold me a FAKE bape shirt and won’t give me a refund after I returned the shirt they gave me a store credit I didn’t ask for and the customer service was horrible

Sneaker Politics makes it exceptionally difficult to get a refund, yet they embed a 'refund charge' into the purchase price. I received a damaged pair of running shoes (Vomero Plus). I had multiple back and forth communications to rectify, including sending pictures in of the damaged product , and eventually mailing back the shoes in order to get the refund 'approved'. That was weeks ago. I have yet to receive my refund!

I paid this seller for delivery of an item. The package was marked delivered by USPS but was never delivered to me. The seller refuses to file a claim with USPS (their carrier) and insists I must do it instead, citing “policy.” I did not hire USPS; the seller did. Despite multiple messages, they refuse to issue a refund or replacement. I paid for an item I never received, and the seller will not take responsibility.

I ordered a pair of sneakers on February 19th and this has been one of the worst online buying experiences I’ve had. The tracking never moved, and when I contacted the company they couldn’t even confirm whether the package was actually shipped or ever picked up by the carrier. Instead of taking responsibility, they immediately blamed the post office and said the package was lost. However, the post office advised me to verify if the seller had physically mailed the item at all — something the company was unable to prove. It seems like a shipping label may have been created without the item ever being handed over. No clear answers, no proof of shipment, and no real effort to resolve the issue. Customers shouldn’t have to do the investigation themselves after paying for an order. Very disappointing experience and I would be cautious ordering from them.

I would not do business with this company. I bought a pair of shoes from them and had delivered to my house. The shoes didn't work out because they ere the wrong size and I tried to return. They only gave store credit, charged a $14 shipping fee, and also took a mark down on their current shoe price (though I paid $12 more for the shoes). There are too many options out there for shoes to use a company like this. I recommend finding somewhere else to do business.
