Fast forward to June 2026, I request a withdrawal of $450 and they hit me with a brand new KYC request, completely ignoring their own written guarantee. I submitted my documents 4 separate times across multiple emails. Every response was a copy-paste redirect to the same email I had already contacted. No acknowledgment, no status update, no withdrawal processed. This is not a coincidence this is a pattern.
