Practically nonexistent customer service — sometimes they answer, sometimes they don’t. Very unprofessional. Also, the website is a nightmare; it took me 10 minutes to place a simple order.

I have to say I expected more for a company whose price point is so much higher than competitors. I placed an order on June 30th, only to find out there was a 20% off sale on July 1st for Canada Day. Why an Australian company would have a Canada Day sale is beyond me. When I reached out to customer service to ask if they would honour the sale (I ordered one hour before the sale started) they said they were unable to. I asked then why I shouldn’t just return them and reorder… I was told that I received a “free” reusable tote bag and they couldn’t combine the “deals” *eye roll*. I was then told that I should subscribe to emails to hear about future offers ( because I would have known about this sale? 🤷🏼♀️) Anyways - the shades are fine. They do their job, but I’m a little miffed at what I consider poor customer service at a price point higher than I’d like - and an additional $36 customs fee. We have a new car arriving soon and I will be purchasing an alternative to snap shades this time.

I followed the instructions with the 3M adhesive that was sent to me with the shades. However, none of the adhesive adhered — not even a little bit.

Hi AMalone, particular cars within all brands have residual chemicals due to the manufacturing process and we find that if the surface is not cleaned properly with the alcohol pads, the magnetic mounts cannot stick. If the issue persists and you've run out of mounts, please contact us at [email protected] where we can assist you further or give you a refund for your purchase.

I'm really happy I got my stuff of time and in a nice packaging but the product does'nt fit as they have shown on their video. The one that they send me is smaller than my Highlander window port, it has small tag on the edge name quicksnap and kluger which is actually name for Australian version but very different from US Toyota Highlander. Quite disappointed.
