Not worth the price
We initially ordered the wrong model and customer service was more than helpful. I wish there was somewhere to just rate the customer service because it was wonderful… but that’s sort of where it ended. Our shades didn’t fit. They fell out every single time. We rolled the window down, even just a little bit and overall, for the price was absolutely not worth it.

2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport don't fit
I own a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I ordered the back window screens. They are not the same design as the actual window. I am sure there were design changes from the first year. They do not stay in place at all.

The tesla shades do stay in once the door is open. It makes no sense. Useless.

This place is garbage look elsewhere.
After spending over $100 on shades that where suppose to fit based of my car model I have been speaking to robots in order to get my full refund. Please be aware that no one responds to customer service. You will email someone and will never hear back from someone. I’m still waiting to hear back a sits been 3 weeks Don’t waste your money on this garbage look else where you’re better off looking through Amazon for better deals.

Shipping delays, no response, can't contact
Hi. It's been 3 weeks and you still haven't shipped my order. # 117455. No response from customer support. No one picks up your phone. Are you a scam? Should I file for fraud? Please advise. Thanks.

Not impressed.
I purchased a snap shade for my vehicle in March 2024, it cost me $149.00. After approximately 12 months the right side became broken, when I approached the company recently about this providing photos of the damage, their response was: After reviewing the images, it seems this issue is not due to a manufacturing defect. They offered 10% off on my next putchase. I'm 67 years old and am the only owner driver of my vehicle. I found the shade was never a good fit but I expected it to last longer then it has. I'd never recommend them or purchase from them again.

We do cover manufacturing faults in the fabric for poor workmanship but we do no cover for general wear and tear. I have been waiting for my order for…
I have been waiting for my order for two months. I’ve written their support team four times, with zero response. I bought these to protect my one year old daughter in her car seat. I feel like I’ve been scammed out of my money.
