So I bought a set of the port window shades for my 2018 CRV. Upon opening the box the window clips that were supposed to be in the bag weren't there. The shades fit into the port windows but pop out if I go over a bump. Contacted support and haven't heard a single thing from them, I wrote them back in August when I got the package on August 16. So, I don't who's handling that side of the business. Other wise, the product is great. Edit: after the company replying to my review, I sent a "follow-up email" with my Order #109574 to them. Awaiting for a reply.

The quality of the shades is good, nice and dark blocks the sun off my child but it's the magnet attachments that need work as far as for jeep wrangler. The location of where the magnet mounts is not ideal, on each window there is always one not touching due to the curve and angles. I've even doubled up on the adhesive tape to make it closer to the shade with no luck, next option is use thicker magnets. Hope this helps to improve the product. Thanks!

The snap shades do not stay attached to the window and come off while I am driving.

Not a great fit. With a name like "Snapshades," I expected these shades to fit better into the space that they occupy. The shades came with magnets to help hold them in place, but there isn't a great place in the windows to adhere these magnets, and not guidance as to the best way to place them in the window frame to get the best fit. I followed the instructions and video as best I could, but still feel like the shades do not quite fit in the space as well as expected, even with a little flexing of the frame. The shades are also directional, in that the front is a little shorter than the back, but not enough to be seen easily by looking at the shade. I needed to add something on my own to be able to tell the difference when something could have just as easily been included on the shade to indicate which end of the shade goes towards the front of the vehicle and which goes towards the back.

Nice guy in customer service, but we went back and forth many times about whether or not there were two separate shades for the Volvo c30 (one with a cutout for the rain-sensing windshield wipers, one without). It showed two options on the website. I was sent the one I didn't choose. Like I said, nice guy but he basically said, "The other option doesn't exist. Deal with it or send it back." No leeway, no goodwill on future purchases, nothing.

I wanted to love this product so much, but the magnet isnt strong enough to hold it in place. The shade is very good, but it doesn't matter if it doesn't stay in place. Im sorry for this review, I really did want to love the product, but it just doesn't live up to the advertising.

Thought these were meant to fit like a glove, but what arrived was rather generic and undersized. Rivian R1S 2025

There’s a gap between the SnapShades and the back part of the window, which I don’t like. While they do provide shade and help block people from looking into the car, they might be a bit too dark for my mom. Especially at night, when it’s harder to see outside. Overall, I don’t think they’re worth the money I spent on them.
