Dont Waste your money!
Dont Waste your money! They do not fit the 2nd row windows. No matter how many times you fix them, they are still too short for the magnets to hold and constantly fall down

Made to fit? Maybe, maybe not.
One set was perfect. The other set was not the right fit for my vehicle but despite repeated requests for a refund, none was offered. I watched dozens of versions of the installation videos trying to install correctly and am convinced that the shades sent are incorrect. Note this for 2023 Mercedes GLC300 - they don't fit!!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. My order was 2 sets of the same item. Got 1 set but not the other. Sent emails and called with no response. Only a credit card chargeback got them to send me my second item. Even then it was to include the travel bags which I never got.

We do have a phone number to contact at 833 609 6303 if you ever need us. We'll continue to improve our customer service response time. We hope you enjoy the quality and protection of the product! Hopefully you can change your mind from a 1 star to something higher to reflect the product.

Shades didn't fit my vehicle (2021…
Shades didn't fit my vehicle (2021 Lincoln Navigator L) - there's a good 1" gap. For $115, I expected them to fit snug if not perfectly. None of the magnets actually stuck to the door even after cleaning with alcohol.
Response from SnapshadesNov 26, 2025
Hi Andrew, sorry about that. We realized we had a listing issue and our Navigator rear door shades only fit the Expedition despite sharing the same door. We do guarantee fit, and so please reach out to our team for a return refund. Hopefully we can turn that 1 star to something higher to reflect our fitment guarantee and customer service.

They didn’t fit at all
It didn’t fit at all, feels like a scam. Scheduled many times for someone to call me but never did. Returned them and still has not received the money.

After more than 3 months of silence…
After more than 3 months of silence since my original complaint, Snap Shade support got back to me offering a refund. But there were strings attached. They asked for pics of my installation, which I provided with my first complaint. The shade is no longer installed in my car, and I am not about to reinstall it to take new pics. They also asked for pics of the label on the original packaging, which I no longer kept, having not heard from them for more than 3 months! I feel like this is just more of a waste of time, with no relief in sight.

Shady Business to Stay AWAY from
I bought a rear shade, and received it bent. Sio I went through the returns process, sent it back with their label and never heard from them again. Screams SCAM.

Hi Koyla, thank you so much for returning the Snap Shades back to us. We didn't realize you sent the tailgate Snap Shades back to us, we were supposed to send you a replacement for you at no charge! Can you get back in touch with us with your return tracking if possible to our support team? We hope you're enjoying your rear door and port window shades!
