I feel like Snappyit is a restrictive…
I feel like Snappyit is a restrictive sandbox for performing basic tasks related to AI-generated images. A single ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude subscription exceeds what I'm able to do in Snappyit, I don't feel that it's ever added any real value to my online business. When I do a side by side of the mockups it generates vs the generic free mockups I get in a tool like Printify, often the Printify generated mockup is better....

No free credits
The website says you get free credits for signing up, I also got an email confirmation that I would get credits, but I got nothing. I still can't try any features because it says I have zero credits. It's asking me to purchase credits. Scam.

Efficient Product Image Editor

Good quality image processing but bad processed image editing ability.
Image edits from original photos are generally quite good and for the most part true to fabric, textures, subject outline and colours, however you have to keep using credits to edit images once processed which ends up costing too much and so have to use external editing apps which costs more time. The app also does not provide any way to get instant credit refunds for a completely inaccurate processed image - just now I uploaded an original photo image of a red and pink plush love heart toy and the image Snappyit created was a grey jacket blazer and white shirt.

Amazing AI Snappyit !
This Snappyit is such an amazing ai software! I have been using it for a few weeks now, and it's a total game-changer for my fashion business. Great results transforming your picture…
Great results transforming your picture but I’ve had to contact customer service at least 7 times in a span about 2 months. This last time I contacted customer service it’s been 24 hours on a weekday in the US and still no answer to 3 emails. I paid for the year plan where you get 200 credits every month. It’s been over a day since the credits should have been replenished and no credits were replenished and now it’s showing on my end I won’t get new credits until next month. The worst part is I can’t get a hold of anyone in customer service.

Amazing Product for eBay sellers
This is such an amazing product that has transformed my eBay business. Being able to put my product on ghost mannequins, models, and even videos. It has dramatically increased my sales. They are continuing to develop new and innovative products
