Slow shipping and suspect best by timelines
Food may be good but it takes a while to ship (they use inexpensive ground shipping) and it’s suspect how long they say things like fish will stay good for. The USDA says fish lasts max 4 days but their fish somehow lasts 7+ and even more when it takes 3-4 days to ship it to you.

We completely understand your concern about the expiration dates of our meals. We send each of our meals to a lab to determine the shelf life before we ever offer them on our menu. If an item has 7 days of shelf life, you can rest assured it has been lab validated. We also have an environmental monitoring program for food pathogens, a USDA inspector on site to monitor, and we have validated how many days a product will safely remain under 40F inside the box during transit with the number of icepacks used.
